Processing and dispatch
Orders are prepared after successful payment. Handmade and made-to-order items may need additional preparation time; the estimated dispatch or delivery information shown at checkout will apply to your order.
Delivery area and timelines
We currently deliver within India using the courier option available for the destination PIN code. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and can change because of weather, service disruptions, remote-area routing, or incorrect address details.
Delivery address
Please check the recipient name, address, city, state, PIN code, and phone number before payment. Saaki Bridal Studio is not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before dispatch.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated using the available carrier service for your destination and parcel details. The applicable charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Delayed, damaged, or missing parcels
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number if tracking has not updated or your parcel arrives damaged. Please photograph damaged packaging and the product, and retain the packaging until the matter is reviewed.
