Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide the store, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, and account credentials. Payment details are processed by Razorpay; we do not store complete card or UPI credentials.

How we use information

We use information to create accounts, verify email addresses, process orders, arrange delivery, send order and tracking updates, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.

Sharing and processors

We share only the information needed with service providers such as Razorpay for payment processing, Shiprocket and its courier partners for delivery, and email infrastructure for transactional messages. We do not sell customer personal information.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and payment verification is performed through the payment provider. We retain order and accounting records for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, dispute, and business purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information subject to records we must retain by contacting [email protected]. You may also stop non-essential communications; transactional order messages may still be sent.
